MAKING THE SCREEN BLACK AND WHITE

You can make the screen black and white by going into the system preferences, going universal access then ticking the box saying "use greyscale" in the seeing tab.

ENHANCING THE CONTRAST

To enhance the contrast of your Mac just go into the system preferences, universal access, seeing tab, then dragging the contrast slider up and down to change the contrast.
